Are lingus Refunds

    Hi all, Aer lingus sent me an email on the 12th march saying they had approved a refund for me. I called the customer service line today for an update and was told I had not supplied the I formation they requested. During our conversation I provided the agent with the dates and times of all the details required. He then informed me this was sent to be reviewed.i asked to speak to a manager but I was informed that there was no one there and I would be called within 2 days.

    Does anyone know I could escalate this quicker?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
