Realistically we probably won't see the first wave of non-white politicians coming of age until probably the 2040s. That's because, if you look at the UK, their migration began around the '60s and it wasn't until the 2010s that they started getting native born politicians of colour emerging. Since our own immigration didn't start until the 1990s, 50 years from then is the 2040s.

I was actually going to suggest Paul McGrath but figured he wouldn't get the majority vote. As the past shows, the successful candidate has to be squeaky-clean. Or appear to be at least.

We need someone as president with a proper track record of public work and someone who can hold their own in any arena. If a person is going to be elected president simply because they are a 'person of colour' then god help us.

Technically, both black and white are NOT a colour. They are shades caused by the absence of light or saturation of mixed light respectively. Every other pigment you can see on the visible spectrum rainbow is a true colour.

Even then, given his departure from public life, it is unlikely to be him.
