Strategy of the defence, you dont know that, stop talking about things you dont know. Many elements come into play when a defence decide not to go ahead with a jury member, there was 4 female members so hardly all male.

People like you are the reason miscarriages of justice take place. Hearsay and false accusations are not enough to take away someones liberty irrespective of what you might think of them. I don’t think hotel staff are going to purger themselves and risk going to jail to make up lies about Diddy paying them off.

Portrayed as abuser is wrong, the release of the video would confirm him as a domestic abuser, there is no interpretation.

There was a prostitute in that hotel room at the time of the video, it was a freak off.

It is a fundamental strategy when defending a man who has committed sex crimes against a woman to pack the jury with as many as possible.

You only have to look at R Kelly's career between his original aquitall in the 2000s and being finally put away. He was doing fairly well for himself till the Surviving R Kelly doc.

The defense did admit he was a violent offender, they played on it in closing. That counted against for bail, hopefully it counts against him for sentencing.

some articles speculated 3 - 4 years with some time suspended and also with time served that he could be out in a year or less.

Hard to know how the judge will roll - considering he refused bail, I reckon he’s in for 2 years minimum
