    Shure Donny will pardon him.

BS, the evidence didnt stack up for racketeering and the jury saw through that. If he was on trial for domestic violence, its a different story.

The sex of the jury members had nothing to do with it.

He's looking at 26 to 30 months according to a number of legal experts. Served nine months already so should be out in a year/year and a half.

I am clearly referencing sex trafficking. Which is defined as “using force, fraud, and coercion as they recruit, transport, and provide their victims as prostitutes”. Diddy chased and then beat a woman when she would not engage in sex acts. He then dragged her back into his freak off party. Paying off hotel staff to hide what was going on.

Also if the sex of the jury doesn’t matter then why was it the strategy of the defence to select male members ?

She was a more than willing a participant at the time, finding escorts on Craigslist, messaging him saying she couldnt wait for the next one.

You dont know the footage from the hotel was a freakoff party, stop putting 2 & 2 together and coming up with 5.

Of course if he did pay hotel staff to hide the footage (which wasnt proven), he'd have sufficient reason to do this because he wouldnt want to be potrayed as a domestic abuser.

Strategy of the defence, you dont know that, stop talking about things you dont know. Many elements come into play when a defence decide not to go ahead with a jury member, there was 4 female members so hardly all male.

People like you are the reason miscarriages of justice take place. Hearsay and false accusations are not enough to take away someones liberty irrespective of what you might think of them. Pray that you dont find yourself on the end of false accusations and a prosecution attempting to convict you of a crime you didnt commit.

I don’t think hotel staff are going to purger themselves and risk going to jail to make up lies about Diddy paying them off.

Portrayed as abuser is wrong, the release of the video would confirm him as a domestic abuser, there is no interpretation.

There was a prostitute in that hotel room at the time of the video, it was a freak off.

It is a fundamental strategy when defending a man who has committed sex crimes against a woman to pack the jury with as many as possible.

Diddy has lived a life where he has continuously abused and stole from everyone around him, he deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail. Well at least people know the truth about him now, he is scum.

Show evidence of the hotel staff saying it was a freak off?

Splitting hairs, talking nonsense as usual, didnt say he wasnt a domestic abuser.

Show evidence again of a prostitute saying it was a freak off at that hotel at that time.

Are you a solicitor/barrister, you dont have a clue of what you're talking about. Fundamental strategy, absolute nonsense.

Its not up to you thankfully to decide whether someone whos innocent spends the rest of their life in jail. Someone who makes presumptions of peoples guilt without proper evidence.

You're a liar, clueless and dont know the first thing you're talking about. Stick to posting nonsense on internet forums which are dying a slow death.

Mod - warned for uncivil post

His anti Irish, Zionist lawyer on Newstalk earlier seems convinced he'll walk, that you don't got to jail for the inter state conviction thinge.

But his reputation has been permanently destroyed because of that video. He can go to the same retirement home with Chris Brown.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue

He can go to the same retirement home with Chris Brown.

The same Chris Brown who's currently on a worldwide tour, who played to nearly 40k in Marlay Park last weekend?

Yeah after I typed that. I googled what's he was up to. Absolutely shocked to see he's still going. But life is weird.

In general I think a certain genre of music does appear to have a problem with treatment of women.

But back on topic, you think his career will recover or will he always be associated with that video?

It's complete madness that anyone especially women would pay to see him given his history of domestic abuse and other less savoury accusations.

No, I'd say his career is over. Can't see with what he's been found guilty of how anyone could support/like him.

Although there's still CMcG and Tate fanboys out there so who knows in this messed up world.

I could see him playing up to certain right wingers by claiming it's overreach or a witch hunt.

You only have to look at R Kelly's career between his original aquitall in the 2000s and being finally put away. He was doing fairly well for himself till the Surviving R Kelly doc.

Theres enough people out there would would support him for him to continue to have a successful career. You've said it yourself.

You only have to look at the record of the most powerful man in the world currently to see that men who's attitudes towards women's behaviour is often forgotten.

That must be Nigel with the brie...

Yes, his career actually improved after he battered Rhianna. His fans are mostly female too. What the Hell!

Are you sure you're not thinking of Ireland, and GAA managers ?

Common enough practice it seems. Shouldnt be allowed at all.

Starting to think Diddy's trial was a shambles. Show trial to say "well we got him in front of a jury lads". How his chief of staff wasn't charged is a mystery. She was basically Ghislaine Maxwell for Diddy.

"The crowd outside the courthouse danced and celebrated, with some handing out bottles of baby oil and lathering themselves in it"

What is wrong with people? Like guilty or not there's footage of him beating his GF, how do they square this circle in their heads:

The defense did admit he was a violent offender, they played on it in closing. That counted against for bail, hopefully it counts against him for sentencing.

    #MEGA MAKE EUROPE GREAT AGAIN

some articles speculated 3 - 4 years with some time suspended and also with time served that he could be out in a year or less.

Hard to know how the judge will roll - considering he refused bail, I reckon he’s in for 2 years minimum
