Do you happen to know where I can find information about the percentage of social housing in Domville, Cherrywood? Specifically, I'm curious about the apartment blocks near the Luas stops (from A to H) and which one of these might have social housing. Any pointers to government websites or other reliable sources would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help.

Check the planning file for that development. It should be available online.

As noted above, the mandatory social housing allocation to the council should be on the planning application

However, the council and approved housing bodies can also buy houses on the open market in addition to the minimum, or they can rent them in bulk from an institutional buyer, so there’s no sure way of knowing what the final mix of occupants will be.

edit; there’s a story in today's Irish Times about a development in Kildare in which 150 out of 350 houses ended up with Tuath or the council.

Your local council website. Go to that first and then look for planning and then planning applications. You can then search by locating the application on the map register or if you know the reference number you can input that.
