The vibration motor in my Samsung A10 has given up. According to Samsung Diagnostics, there is a problem with it.

How much would this cost to repair , roughly?

Would it be a complicated process?

If under 2 years old you can get it repaired for free by fonua in sandyford. Free if you post in or €15 if you walk in. Provided they have the part you’ll have it back within 24 hours.

Hi again @DopeTech

Just checking in to say, the vibration function is back working on my phone.

Phone was previously in a cold ish environment, I left it in a warm environment for a while, vibration is back again, so think the temperature change helped cure the issue.
