    I ordered ipad from amazan. And other items. Other items delivered but ipad was not there driver took my otp by sms. Once i got there and took my package opened it ipad not there. I talked customer service they said they don't take any actions once i gave them otp. Is it normal like they don't gave my stuff and acts like we don't care
