Fax issue on HP Printer

Hi, we occasionally use Fax ( mostly to receive) and recently the HP printer machine (Smart Tank 7300 series) has stopped receiving fax. Printing and scanning works ok. Anyone know the steps to troubleshoot this ? Thanks
