Hello, my 11 year old laptop is on it's last legs and i'm looking for new laptop and spec recommendations please. Working professional who uses AutoCad and Revit - I would like enough RAM to cater for a rendering package such as Lumion. Any advice very much appreciated! Thanks! 👍

I'd start with manufacturers requirements for programs. Lumion and Revit requirements are similar. The scale of project has a huge impact.
Autocad is irrelevant compared to the above two.
