S22 bluetooth keeps turning back on during call.

Basically when I get a phone call as I'm listening to a podcast my Bluetooth is too bad a line so I have to turn it off. My issue is I turn it off before answering and it constantly turns itself back on automatically. I have to keep calling people back when I finally get it off which is very annoying. Anyone know why this is happening?

Are you actually turning off Bluetooth, of switching the call audio from bluetooth to handset?

What earphones are you using? It may be that they are automatically reconnecting from being in your hand (and thinking that they're back in your ear)

Assuming Samsung S22?

Go to settings, then "connections", then "more connection settings" and see if "nearby device scanning" is turned on...

At the main screen with the persons name who's calling there's an option to turn off Bluetooth. It turns off then automatically turns back on no matter how many times I turn it off. They're cheap supervalu ear buds
