Spsv application

    Hi

    I applied for spsv license.

    I was disqualified from driving caused by penalty points, it was only 7 penalty points because I was new driver.

    I was wondering I applied for spsv license now will I be refused by garda ?

    I now have clean driving license and disqualification.

    Will they issue me spsv license?
