Sky Go

    Would anyone know why I can't view any channels on Sky Go?

    I am trying to use it for the first time but I am getting a message with Error Code 0-01 any time I try to start a program.

    The 0-01 error is due to a wrong subscription so you are either trying to watch something that isn't in your package or you are signed into the app with the wrong Sky ID.

    I don't know if it is what fixed it but I installed MySky, logged in, entered my phone number and went back to Sky Go and it worked.
