Stainless steel work

Any recommendations for neat stainless steel welding/manufacture? I want to make a simple stainless frame with extended grab handle for windscreen on my RIB console. Existing stainless is 1-inch diameter tubular.

I have tried contacting highly recommended advertiser is one of the Irish boating magazines a number of times over the past three weeks - but no response - so not sure if he is still doing this work.

The RIB is white and well looked after - so trying to avoid a large steelworks, etc, and looking for a recommendation someone who has experience in this work.

Any guidance in the right direction appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the above recommendation, Fergal. Very nice man but has no facilities to take the boat and do the work unless I could supply a shed - TIG welding - needs to be done indoors or under a tent. I have another recommendation - will post if that works out. Any further suggestions welcome. Thanks.
