I was just wondering is there anyway to bypass the login screen when I restart my laptop? It has no forgot password or anything

Do you have the current password or is it that you want to remove an unknown password? Both are possible

Is this Microsoft Windows? Any idea what version? How many user accounts are on the machine?

Do you need to get data off the laptop, or would a fresh install work for you?

No i don't need data off it. A fresh install might work but If I successfully get the login off, I might not need the fresh install
