Is the VM 1GB package still limited to 50MB upload speed, or are they offering 100Mb to new users?

In Dublin 15 we get 50MB

Yup - still only 50Mb here too. VM in the UK went from 52Mb to 104Mb about a year ago on their "1Gig" package. I was hoping VM Ireland would have done the same by now.
