Has anyone bought from Carstore cork. I bought a car from them a couple of weeks ago and there is a notification of oil level above maximum keeps coming up. I'm fairly sure its a sensor and not a big issue. But the car has a 12 month warranty and i would like to get it sorted.

I have rang and emailed a few times with no reply.

Is it a 3rd party warranty or an in house warranty? If its 3rd party you have to contact the warranty company.

Btw have you checked the oil level?

Some cars don't have a dipstick these days.

Carstore is owned by Keary's afaik and a car supermarket type setup. Did you get any warranty documents with the car, I'd say the warranty is outsourced to a 3rd party company like carprotect or mapfre so you would have ring them.

    what car is it?

(Edit, I see from another post that it’s a 520d) it would suggest to me that your oil is being diluted with diesel and that’s why the level is rising.
