I have been keeping an eye on this PROJECT 2025 thing for a while. So much so now I think it merits its own thread to keep an eye on this & if it becomes a reality. It is absolutely terrifying.

In a nutshell - a complete new blueprint for a Christian Nationalist Autocratic USA IF Trump gets a 2nd term. This has been worked on behind the scenes for a good few years and it includes ( I think ) about 29,000 pre trained people to take over the Gov, the Civil service etc etc in 2025 / IF trump gets a 2nd term.

Even if Trump is particularly not elected this cycle, this project will endure for 2029, 2033, etc.

@Overheal I am quiet amazed at how little airing PROJECT 2025 and the Heritage Foundation etc is getting over this side of the pond. Its a grave threat to us all across the world. I really think people do not realise how organised the trump cult is for this time around. Been quietly working away on all this last few years or way longer. They didnt impliment it in his 1st term but they are damn sure going to if he gets in in 2025

After all, not liking people's sexuality or gender identity or lifestyle choices doesn't necessarily mean wanting to cause harm to them. I'm confident that the US won't turn into a real-life Gilead or Purge-style dystopia.

It's unclear how you feel he made the world a "better place" or not, though it's awfully rich to ask that question after nearly 4 years of someone else cleaning up his mess.
