ER1.1 Form

Hi, I am ending a partnership with my father and taking over fully. Some of the land is in my mother's name, most is in my own name. Will I need to make up a lease document with my mother to go into the department with the ER1.1 form?

No I haven't claimed TAMS yet, still a young farmer so will make use of it this year.

I am entering a partnership,, but got a tams grant in my own right 4 years ago. I need to keep it 7 years but does entering a partnership affect that?
