chipped elbow

I play 5 a side a lot and recently after a game ii feels like iv chipped my elbow bone right on the point , It's fine to move but even if touch the chipped free moving parts, which is tiny off my bed it hurts, Any idea;s of what can be done, Is there anywhere you can go to just get the lose bit removed of sucked out,

I'd do nothing and see if the pain ease's off in a few days.Or you could go to the doctor or a VHI walk in clinic if youre really concerned.
