Wordpress is asking me to delete a SEO.

PLEASE NOTE: I don't know much about this.

    There are seven plugins.

I don't really know what these p[lugins do, and I am nervous about deleting them.

There appears to be two SEO:

    All in One SEO

    Yoast SEO

    Which should I delete?

    What is Monster, Monster Insights?

    THANKS

who set the site up for you? best to ask them what plugins are being actively used.

Generally, Plugins won't decide the SEO of the website, they just help to guide how to write to rank better.

SEO is decided by the way of article writing and following the google guidelines to rank better.

So, don't worry all about the plugins, just use any one of this. As a blogger, I would like suggest to use either rankmath or yoast and remove all of this other plugins, which will effect the website speed.

Between Yoast SEO and All in One SEO, both plugins are solid choices for WordPress, but they each have different strengths. Yoast is pretty user-friendly and great for on-page SEO guidance—it gives you clear feedback on keywords, readability, and more, so you know how to optimize your posts. All in One SEO, on the other hand, is a bit more flexible with technical settings and is good if you want a bit more control over SEO without too much hand-holding.

As for Monster Insights, it’s a plugin that connects your WordPress site to Google Analytics, making it easier to see traffic and user behavior directly in your WordPress dashboard. If you’re looking to understand your SEO better, I found some helpful info on https://seo.enterprises/ about SEO plugins and strategies. It’s a great resource for keeping up with best practices and learning what works with SEO tools.
