How can I access the log of false alarms that appears on the screen after an alarm activation? The HKC was installed in 2012!

If you enter your code to arm the alarm and it sets straight away then you may not have access to check the log.
Only way of knowing then is, when you turn off the alarm, it displays it on the keypad and by getting into engineer mode to check the log
