Are there any parts of Dublin city centre which you would describe as "classy"?

Aside from Grafton Street, are there any parts of Dublin city centre which you would describe as "classy"?

The whole area around Grafton Street and the Merrion Square area.

Also Grand Canal Docks.

Probably a hotel or two. Some of the buildings are nice in around the docks.

If the council was to give every resident €200 to buy some paint to clean up their houses with the carrot of a further €500 to be claimed upon completion of said painting, it would be much better.

Needs more trees/shrubs where they can put them.

Plenty of places on the south side with loads of old georgian buildings that look nice. And farther outside of the city there's plenty of areas that are really nice.

But I guess it's all down to how you describe classy. For some people it would be loads of glitz and bright lights. For others it could be something like merrion square.
