How do you get lodgement slips for lodging cash into AIB?

    Thank you.

You don't need them at all. Just go into branch and use your card at the machines

If you're lodging to your own account, you can do it at an AIB ATM that accepts lodgements. Or go to the cash desk in any branch of AIB. In both cases, the destination account will be identified by using your AIB debit card.

To lodge to somebody else's account, you can go to any bank. Though the money will get to their account almost instantly if you do it in a branch of AIB. Get a lodgement slip at the public desks inside the branch and either post it and the cash in an envelope to a dedicated post box in the branch or queue up and hand them to a cashier.
