Buliding extention on house

Hi im building an extention on the house and am in 2 mind on the frame of the extention weather to go with timber frame and get the studs spray foamed or to build the inner leaf wall with quinnlite blocks as im looking to make it as good as possible for u value. Any help is appreciated
