    Hi, I'm looking for a micra or similar for teaching my kids to drive, was keen on a micra but they seem mad money

    What's a realistic price to pay for a freshly ncted 2006 micra in good condition with lowish miles?

    Micras have always been very popular for learners.

    You'll should check you'll be able to get an insurance quote for an 18 year old car.

    I sold my mother's 2009 Micra last week for 2500. It had 188000kms on it and NCT for a full year. Same model as the 06.

    Had it up for 2950 and no calls, dropped to 2750 and got loads of interest.

    First person to view offered 2500 and took it there and then.

    You should get one in around 1800 to 2000 in decent nick

    thanks for the responses, I haven't bought a car for a number of years, the last ice I bought was a 2009 5 years for 2800 and it wasn't that cheap then.
