Hi guys,

Was just about to pull the trigger on the above, when looking this morning there was 10% off and also the LG S65Q included but I cannot seem to get the voucher codes to work.

Is this already expired? Website says it's not expiring until 23:59 6th Feb

The 10% offer does expire today but we're currently waiting for stock of the 6 series soundbars and are waiting for them to come back in - if you order the TV with the 10% off today we can add the soundbar to your order and have it shipped separately when it lands?

Thanks for getting back to us False Prophet and for the order.

I have just checked the order and you didn't use the link I had sent Paul_2008 above - the free soundbar is only available in the sterling price as the euro pricing is significantly cheaper. This is why I had linked the sterling pricing.

I have a few options we can go for if you're looking for the soundbar though. I can charge an additional 99 euro to the card and include the soundbar with the order or we can recharge the card the £1169.10 plus £6.99 delivery and I can refund the euro amount back to your card?

If you like I can give you a call to discuss it further though!

Hi Paul-2008.

There isn't a tracking number for our TV deliveries unfortunately.

What we normally do is give the courier a call once the TV is in their system and they will let us know which day it will be with you and then we would give you a call and keep you in the loop.

You should also receive a text from the courier with delivery details and a contact number if you need to call them yourself.

I'll give the courier a call in the morning and revert back with the delivery day.
