    Have the unit rates really gone down?

    Jouned yuni eneegy in October..

    So called reduction in prices dont apply to me...

    Based on their "New unit rates", i am paying 3-8 cents more per unit.

    Yuno mostly sell prepaid FIXED rate plans.

    If you sign up for a FIXED rate, your rate is FIXED at that rate for a year.

    They make is quite clear too, so if you failed to understand it, that's entirely your error.


    If their unit prices were increasing, you would not see any increase, but prices are on a downward trend so no-one should be fixing at current high rates
