Plumber recommendation Dub18 + is this the right ballpark €€ ?

Howdy folks,

I hope you're all having a lovely Friday before the long weekend.

Would anybody have recommendations (by pm) for a plumber that also does gas around Dublin 18?

Looking to have the following installed:

• 250-300L vented hot cylinder
• 150-250L cold water multi-boost tank
• new gas boiler installed into the attic

(clean run outside up the gable wall for the gas + flue can go straight through wall). Previous one was in garage. The new cylinder will be 10ft above the old one emersion, so shouldn't be any crazy amount of pipe running.

First quote is ~€10,000? 5-6k for material and then 4-5k for labour (4-5days).

Is this in the right ballpark?

I saw gas boilers being advertised as "starting from 2500 EUR" last week (Gaswise, D18), but I strongly suspect that they will total around 3500 EUR once all of the additional fittings are added in. Very hard to estimate a price without seeing a bill of materials as some plumbers will add in mag filters and expansion vessels while others may not.

Looks to cost around 600 EUR for a 218L vented copper cylinder:

Not sure on the pricing of that other tank. Quote sounds a little high on materials.

I'd say it will be a steel tank, there would also be expansion tanks. The steel tank is around 950-1200. Multiboost tank 1000 then gas boiler and all the other odds/end.
