Getting through the external walls and then trying to reach 50 meters realably is asking a but much of internal APs, what you need is an external AP such as this Access Point AC Mesh - Ubiquiti Store Europe...it will mean you have to bring ethernet cable out side to power it but this will reach it no probs. I have one in my patio and the 2.4Gz range will reach that no problem
