HKC Wireless Sensor, Battery only lasts 3 weeks

    Hi All,

    Recently had a new Wireless sensor installed on a new front door but battery is going low after only about three weeks. I've gotten low battery alerts on 9/12/23, 5/1/23 & 28/1/24. Checked Battery with Voltmeter and only reads 1.8-1.9 volts. I have another wireless sensor at the back of the house and that battery was replaced on 9/12/23, it is still working wife and reading a steady 3.2V on the multimeter.

    Any ideas why the sensor is draining the battery?
