Hi Guys The Ex OH is on JSA and needs to change address and change of post office to collect her payments. Can this be done through mywelfare.ie or whats the quickest way to update her records? TIA

I think you can do on mywelfare yes. If not just contact the office handling the claim.

If your ex has a Verified Mygov account they can change address on my welfare if not they'll have to go to their local Intero centre but may need a POA.
Changing post office for collection needs to be done at existing Intero centre & may involve a change of Intero center depending on the new address.
