HKC - Internal Battery Pack Alert - How to get rid of?

    Replaced battery in June 23 when the alert came up, no issue except the stupid verbal alert which sounds every time we disarm the alarm. Called installer, he told me to disconnect battery and make sure I click the Yes button when prompted - there was no prompt and no option to get rid of the alert.

    It's not an issue rather irritating but if I disconnect main power and disconnect battery any chance this will reset it?
