Adding tanking 2 years later - any comeback?

    We had our ensuite redone just over 2 years ago due to the shower leaking into the ceiling below. We presumed it was due to old tiling /grout etc allowing water to leak. Both the tiler and the plumber said there was no need for tanking.

    We were delighted with the job done but unfortunately here we are 2 years later and our shower is leaking again - ceiling is on its last legs!

    I do have a guy coming out to look at it but I presume that it's totally pointless going back to my original tradespeople? I can't see that I'd get anywhere at all with them but maybe I'm wrong!
