Has anyone invested in Pinnacle 2009 BES Fund?

    BES (business expansion scheme) was the pre-cursor to EIIS.

    Pinnacle launched a fund in 2009.

    15 years on there's still a chunk in limbo, held up in alleged litigation.

    Did anyone get involved in that?
