    Hi folks ,

    does anyone have any tips of what I can pop down on a HEO application form under the specialist knowledge , Expertise and self development competency?

    im totally lost with this one

    Usually it would be training courses you attended to help you with your job or further progress your career. You need to show an eagerness to learn and develop as per the competency.

    It is an opportunity to talk about training and qualifications, but it is also an opportunity to show how you can learn on the job, become an expert in your area and demonstrate an understanding of how your work relates to the strategic goals of your organisation and wider government policy.

    I got the HEO in 2020 and included all of these elements in this competency.
