    I think most people would take the Sold Secure Powered Cycle Diamond standard as being close enough to a definition.

    Motorcycle Diamond (now called Powered Cycle Diamond)

    5 minute attack, tool list includes TCT drill bits and a 90 second angle grinder attack.

    I suppose I should say I think of this as the effective definition. Basically, much better than hardened steel of considerable diameter on its own: better than a Fahgettaboudit mini.

    if you see video tests of the Litelok and Abus grinder-proof locks, they just chew up the grinder blades. Given enough time and enough blades you'd eventually get the lock off, but in a real world scenario they are "grinder resistant".
