Problem with Sky

    Is anyone else having problems with Sky broadband at the minute? I am intermittently getting 'No Internet' since before Christmas. I rang them twice & both times, after a few days, they say the fault has been rectified but it hasn't. I have two firesticks & am wondering if the issue is connected to this? I've had them for a year without problems. Having said that, the problem occurs even when I'm not watching the firestick & can happen anytime of day. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?
