SSE Airtricity refund due on closed account.

    Got an email this morning from SSE to say:

    We’re contacting you in relation to a charging error that occurred relating to your now closed SSE Airtricity electricity account. The amount of electricity units you had been billed for is correct, but some of your electricity units had been charged at a rate different to the time band in which they were used. We’re sorry this has happened and have taken steps to correct the error.

    I had switched away from them this time last year, for a better rate. They are offering a full refund for the overcharge plus €30.

    The number they gave to call, isn't listed on their website, so I'm a little iffy about it.

    Anybody else get this?
