Need to replace my Epson printer recommendations welcome

    My Epson XP620 has reached it end of service life. I had replaced the ink pads but wary to buy reset code off the web it just seem so scammy.


    Is there anywhere I could buy a refurbished printer of my current printer as I still have a bunch of brand new cartridges not used up yet unopened.


    Or cut my losses and upgrade.

    I been reading it seem laser printer the best and brother the brand.

    Any recommendations for new printer or safe tips for reset counter.

    I’ve been through a few printers over the years, and the key thing I’ve learned is to pick one based on long-term ink costs, not just the upfront price. Ink subscriptions can be a rip-off, and some brands are way better than others for refill options.

    I came across omegabrand.com recently, and they seem to have some solid choices if you're looking for a printer that won’t drain your wallet on ink.

    I would look at the cost of replacement inks first.The upfront cost of a printer might act as a discount against inks.You have a different problem wanting to use up existing ink.

    I was in the same situation with an old Epson, lots of unused cartridges and unsure about those sketchy reset codes. I ended up switching to a Brother laser and haven’t looked back. Super reliable. If you’re considering HP, it might help to call the hewlett packard phone number for options too.

    Brother laser firmware messed with my toners.

    Also has the same dumb thing of not printing when one of toners is low but still has ink in the other toners.

    They are all at it.

    must have my brother laser 10 years now.

    I fill it with bottles of toner you can buy really cheap on Amazon and a refill lasts a really long time.

    Its great as it never dries up or needs nozzle cleaning like my inkjets did.

    Only thing it cannot do is photographs are not as good as an inkjet- cannot use photo paper. But i wouldn't go back to ink jet.

    Without doubt the cheapest printing now is with the Eco Tank printers; like Epson ET-2060
