Treadmill noise

    Reebok Jet100 makes this noise.

    I've tried adjusting the belt but have never done that before so don't know what i'm doing.

    Sound is coming from the left hand side, seems to be the larger wheel nearest to camera.

    What do you think it could be, ball bearing?
