Has anyone been a Connected person associated with Fair Deal? Connected person is one that has lived in the home used against Fair Deal for more than 3 years & has no other property interests. If the home used is their only home they are allowed to defer payment until such time as the house is sold or they themselves die.…

Has anyone been a Connected person associated with Fair Deal? Connected person is one that has lived in the home used against Fair Deal for more than 3 years & has no other property interests. If the home used is their only home they are allowed to defer payment until such time as the house is sold or they themselves die. This is a family member other than the spouse. Has anyone availed of this or found that this to be difficult to avail of when the time came.
