Quick question if a site was for sale subject to planning permission being got by the buyer, if the site had previous planning granted but it had elapsed, would that mean it had a better chance of planning being granted again, or is it matterless i know they now place a big emphasis on housing need etc. ...and again if it…

Questions you can put to the planning officer for that area, just go in with rough plans for what you want and ask about the likelihood of planning being granted, and any restrictions on planning that might apply to you.
