Jobseekers Allowance claim

Hope someone can help me here. I am not too sure about jobseekers allowance as have never claimed it but my younger sibling is in in receipt of it. She rang me in a panic yesterday and said that her claim seems to have totally gone from the My welfare website. She had an issue before where it was suspended and rang me but this was due to her missing a signing on date and it was quickly resolved.

Is there any reason why the claim which she got paid for last Friday I believe is gone as of now? She is calling into the local welfare office today hopefully.

Just by way of update she rang the Department of Social Protection and they have stated their may be a 'glitch' in the system which means peoples claims are temporarily missing. Her payment will be processed as normal next week.

I'm not aware any Social Welfare payments were paid last week. Double payments paid the week before. Household benefit was paid last Friday but this a sepeate allowance paid with other core SW Payments

Occasionally my welfare portal acts up when they are doing maintenance
