Leaky Car - Garage Recommendation

Hey,

I discovered a pool of water in the boot of my VW Golf (around the spare tyre). It was a considerable amount of water, not surprising with all the rain we've had recently.

I've contacted a couple of garages and they don't seem too interested in taking it in to investigate/find where the water is getting in.

Does anyone know of any garage or mechanic in the Galway area that specialise in leaks?

Same happened to an old Corolla my better half used to have, needed to stick the rubber seal that is around the boot to the metal itself. The water was coming in underneath the rubber seal. Did it myself with a bit of Silicon which ended up doing twice over about 5 years.

Go at it with a strong hose pipe and you would find the leak.

Start at the bottom though and have someone inside to check for trace of water appearing.
