Roundabout Lane positioning (Learner Driver here)

Hi,

I am a learner driver.I do have a doubt as a beginner.Which lane should I be on(for second exit) if there are two lanes and they are unmarked.The second lane is to the right(after 12 o clock).I know the basics.I want to ensure myself my understanding is right.I will post pictures about a situation.Hope you guys can throw some insights and help me to be a better driver.

1st lane for the exits before 12 o'clock & the 2nd lane for the exit past 12 o'clock position.

Note: There are many poorly designed roundabouts out there and some that have more that 4 exits:

Routes I take, some people go middle lane for exit 4 annotated with blue dots, I try and stick with yellow.

Avoid changing lanes on the round about (Except for when you're enter/existing of course)
