Leap card - what to do when overcharged

    What's the process for getting refunds when overcharged on Irish Rail these days? I occasionally have had to do this when the validator at my local station isn't working and I have been unable to tag off. In the past I emailed Leap Card customer service who usually refunded me within a week or so but the last time this happened it took them 3 months for them to respond saying they needed more information. I replied and a month later am still waiting on a response. I am unlikely to get a refund at this stage.

    What should I do the next time this happens? Does Leap Card customer service do refunds or should I be contacting Irish Rail?
