Does anyone know of a Coinstar kiosk or like in the South Dublin area? Thanks

I think some banks have similar machines now and you do not pay that outrageous "processing fee". I remember in tesco they had a very shady advertisement/wording saying you could get cash or a voucher for tesco. People were under the impression if you took the voucher for tesco that all the money was being converted, but they still took the high %. I am not sure if that is still the case. I remember people were compaining and did get refunded by them.
