I've been looking for but cant find where the listings are for Mods in Motors.

Alanstrainor, Lighting and L1011 are the motors mods. Eoin and Unkel are CMods (I think)

Cheers, he was til a few months ago. Finding mods should be the easiest thing on a site like this. Can you call it an upgrade to the site when so many things are worse? 😂

I know! That's why when I found the list I bookmarked it because so many Mods have left since the downgrade and you only know by checking their activity via their profile.

Looks like two of the three listed motors mods are inactive, with OSI being the only remaining active mod. Doesn't seem to be anyone acting on reports of obvious personal attacks.

@LIGHTNING and @OSI were active on the 21st so are active-ish. @LIGHTNING is the CMOD.

Not in Motors but in other forums I’ve been abused and no action taken, posts left up. I don’t care enough to raise it in feedback though.

Tested it yesterday, poster called me a nutcase so I called him a d1ckhead. I got warned and the post taken down. His ‘nutcase’ one still up, like, wtf?

These forums can’t exist without unpaid mods so I think it’s just a matter of time for this site.

Make sure you get the web archive to archive your favourite threads just in case…

Out of curiosity who gave you personal abuse in the motors forum?

You add so much as a poster to the discourse of the motors forum and your knowledge of everything car related is so great they should be outed in public that they have driven you to this..

If I want to know how to rebuild an engine, tune a carb or what to look for when I buy a new car for sure you are the guy I would go to for. Your knowledge of cars and everything to do with them is unparalleled.

You are one of if not the most constructive and best posters here, you would be a huge loss to the motors forum if something like this put you off posting , you really need to tell the people who this brute is...

I am closing this off because it's heading in the direction of being about individual personalities in the forum rather than the initial query, which has been answered.

I apologise profusely to local mods for stepping on toes by taking this action but I can't see this thread becoming a feather in the cap of the motors forum any time soon and they are free to reopen it with my blessing if they judge it otherwise.
