Storage of a suitcase in Dublin?

Just wondering about practical advice by somebody who used it already ( not use google ) the storage of a suitcase in Dublin? ( Stasher, Radical Storage etc... ) Is this a box which can be locked? And how? A key? A code? Do I have to have a smart phone with an app? The price of 5 Euro per day seems rather cheap for a city…
