HKC "Power Low" fault

Hi folks
Tried searching but couldn't find this one - my HKC alarm shows "Power Low". There's a new battery in the main board since last year and when the previous battery went it gave a "Low battery" fault.
Anyone know what this fault is? I have one wireless PIR which could be the issue?
I've tried the engineer code but it is not opening the engineer menu.
