I'm currently on disability allowance due to mental illness. I'm wondering: can someone on disability skip the exam? My illness is of such nature that I forget information…

I'm currently on disability allowance due to mental illness. I'm wondering: can someone on disability skip the exam? My illness is of such nature that I forget information unless I write it down somewhere so I can see it later and in context.

There is no exam for naturalisation in Ireland; you just submit your application and proofs of residency for each year using the online application form. It is possible that being on a means-tested social welfare payment could affect your application, however.
